Patrice took matters into her own hands to set the situation straight. She is professional, courteous and puts the needs of her customers first. 03-14-2024I have had a storage locker at the Everett location, 1901 Revere Beach Parkway, for 8 months. When I saw a promotion for a much reduced price, I called and spoke to Patrice about a price adjustment. She was more than helpful and kind about getting me a transfer on the same floor with that price. Very accommodating and friendly! Thank you!
