02-25-2024I recently rented this unit. I havent been back until today to find my lock that was an approved lock removed and a public storage and a red lock on my unit. I havent even been here a month yet. This should be illegal because I dont have a payment due until March 1st. Im highly upset about this. Now Im sitting here waiting on the office to open. In the mean time Ill be contacting my attorney to validate that this is illegal.

11-21-2023In September this place was purchased by public storage and since Ive been over charged in October and November. Public storage refuses to fix the situation and figured out a way to blame me for it. The customer service representatives I spoke to barely speak English and have zero customer service skills. On top of that the facility raised my rent 3 times in 12 months and were advertising the same size unit in the same building a few doors down for $100 less! I would never ever recommend anyone rent from them. Absolutely horrible experience since Public Storage took over
