01-03-2024I have been renting my storage unit for over 2 years now and the people complaining about the company secretly raising rent is no lie. Its all true, little ol me cant do anything about it so I just let them continuously take it out of my account automatically each month. Now I will say that moving in was simple, the lady that assisted me was extremely nice and made me feel at ease during the entire process. What more could I ask for? Lets be honest, for that small storage I have, I would like for my rent to decrease because the amount Im paying doesnt match up with the small amount of space I have in that unit.
