Dianna was kind, hospitable and accommodative. Excellent move in experience. Two thumbs up
Dianna is literally the nicest lady ever. Give this girl a medal. Outstanding customer service!
Dianna is the best. Super helpful and nice. By far the best experience I've ever had with any storage facility. Highly recommend them
Best storage experience Ive had by far, and especially so in Santa Cruz. Reasonable prices, great staff (John is awesome and kind). Grateful for this storage location!
John is a great manager he is always helpful polite and respectful five stars for John However they do have another employee that works here his name is Angel unfortunately the name doesn't match the description of the man he is rude judgmental has never cleaned anything here even when there was glass on the blacktop the bathrooms never have toilet paper while he's here and they're always a mess Angel does not have customer service skills he really should be working somewhere else thankfully he's only here two days a week Angel has also disarmed the bathroom code sure you can use your gate code to get into the bathroom but do you want to give that to every employee you have working with you I don't think so. He truly has no common sense.
If your looking for somewhere local and affordable to store your personal possessions this is the place. All of my belongings have remained safe and undamaged the entire five years of renting a unit from this location. Also, there is a noticeably increase difference of consistency in cleanliness and sanitation since the new property manager John has joined this location. My circumstances require me to come in and out of this place often and while doing so John is ALWAYS making his way around the entire building sweeping and cleaning as well as attentively accommodating the needs and matters of customers. John has been extremely patient and kind in addition to helping others equally. Thank you Public Storage for providing a peace of mind and committing to a safe environment for my personal belongings.
