Her customer service is great and does not sugar coat anything. it's the type of relationship you need from someone when you try to make big decisions, like renting a storage unit! She makes sure she goes through everything we need to know. She's the type of person to help us get what we came in for, then let's know that whenever we need help, she'll be there from 9 am-5 pm or 6pm on weekdays, to help. They sell boxes, bubble wrap, and even plastic wrap for couches if you plan on storing things like that. Even tape. It's all neatly displayed, so if you plan on making the last decision to store things you have on your trunk, but are concerned that you aren't prepared, they have everything you need at a decent price.
