01-08-2024I signed up online for the 1st month for $1 and never got it. I went in and set everything up and realized she didnt give it to me. Contacted them and they refused to give it to me. They are crooks. Just garbage. Also They will change your rate on you after only 3 months and not only that, they increased their late fee too? Seriously save your loot and go buy yourself a storage container for $2,000 than rent from these guys at $200+ a month. I honestly dont even feel like my belongings are safe there just because I dont trust them. Dacotah Closmore

10-05-2023They will change your rate.. (ours was raised $57 a month) 3months after we moved in. The agreement is they can change the rate whenever they want. They will change it after you've moved in. Do not rent here unless you like having your monthly rate change exponentially.

06-19-2023I Rented a unit and never moved in and needed to end it same day I got it. they said they would refund my rent and keep the admin fee but twisted it all up and kept everything.They said I put a lock on unit which was their lock not mine and I returned the keys and everything and still no refund. They blame me for not returning keys on hours theyre closed?? Horrible horrible customer service go to Acorn Storage, far better service.
