02-26-2026Discrimination, unprofessional, insulting!!! A call about a "not payment" issue then I received maill scolding about leaving my unit open and how it is not extra storage responsibility to keep my unit secure. When I got to the location at 4:pm, the guy was inside with the door locked. When he finally got up to unlock the door he informed there was a possible break in someone "just cut locks only, no one reported missing items " It was very clear I had missing items. I asked for the last time my gate code was used he was unsure if he could even access the information, he said the police were called, refused to notify his superior I want to talk .
