01-11-2024It is an indoor rental property, so they have that "one" thing going for them. But be prepared to get hit with rent increase after rent increase after rent increase, and they start shortly after your contract begins. I've been at this property for less than two years, and I've gone from paying $95 when I first moved in, to getting hit with an almost $160 monthly rent!!!! I wasn't even informed about the last rent increase, just happen to notice it when my upcoming payment notice came. I have one of the smallest units in the building, 5x5, and I'm already paying far MORE than I was at my last Public Storage rental in Suwanee, which was a 5x15. Renter BEWARE.
