Thats how my process felt when getting my storage unit, when I arrived the unit I reserved had been rented already, but claudia went above and beyond to help me with getting my unit, she made what usually is a somewhat frustrating process feel extremely simple and easy for me, I felt truly taken care of and I felt like the #1 priority. Mateo who was also there helped a lot too, he made sure the unit I received was priced the same, all in all it was a good experience I would recommend anybody who is looking for a storage unit to get theirs here.
