03-02-2024This is a hard one to review because on one hand Michelle at the location on Quivas is so kind and so willing to help! If I was reviewing just her at this location I would gladly give it a 5 star rating however on the other hand the company itself is awful! I have been a customer at this storage place for a few years now. I just downsized due to rent increase. For some reason my rent keeps increasing every few months! Im only in a 10x15 and come April I will be paying almost 300 dollars! 287 to be exact! Michelle has done her best to keep my rate where it was when I moved into the smaller unit at 172. However I think we are running out of options. Also I dont understand why if Im a new customer I think the deal is half off but existing and loyal customers only get rent increases every other month! Do better public storage!
