02-09-2024Very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Walked around with me to show me units and sizes. Helped me to download the public storage app and navigate my way around it even the quick gate access from my phone.We walked the storage units as she was still helping other customers. Shes a great multi tasker. Overall excellent experience. I would recommend others to ask for her assistance. Cant remember her name but she is an African American lady with short hair cut.
