02-14-2024Part of the reason why I visited this location was the raving reviews and I was not disappointed. All the reviews spoke of Rosemary and how amazing she is and they did not lie. She is absolutely Amazing!! Thank you Rosemary for the positive experience. The facility is very clean and well kept. I have been at this facility for 6 months now and I'm really happy with my choice. Did have a slight rate increase, but Judson got me approved for a rate decrease for the next 3 months, which is amazing! They go above and beyond to help you and make you comfortable! Great customer service!!

02-07-2024At first everyone was great and the facility is clean, after only a few months my rent went up 40 dollars! Then I had called because I was going to be a few days late, they said no problem. I ended up with a 53 dollar late fee. That is not good customer service.
