11-29-2023**DO NOT RENT FROM STORAGE FACILITY*** Upon move in was informed that I would receive a refund for storage lock that I am now unable to use. Upon rental of unit, Property Manager Bre advised me of this information. Unit was rented on-line, lock was purchased at facility. Facility new and clean is now dirty, and have liability concerns as entry door is broken along with elevator is broken/ needs repairs. Facility has gone down hill. I would not recommend facility at all due to being lied to. I was a valued customer never made a late payment and was on auto pay. Will be contact corporate and taking my concerns up the corporate ladder until I receive a full refund for lock

11-16-2023Update 11-17-2023 I have come back to this review to update my opinion .. the initial positive review that I did post was only because the property manager BRE begged me for 2 weeks to give her a positive review which I should have never did... the place is always dirty the front door is often broken and wide open your items will not be secure.. there are homeless people living in many of the empty units and loitering around...The property manager Bre is unprofessional, mean and nasty.. I cannot believe the way I was treated..after being at this facility for about 5 or 6 months as of today ..I was Evicted for LEGALLY accessing MY PAID FOR/ IN GOOD STANDING unit too CLOSE to closing time... They have even limited my access to my unit all this week ,even after speaking with the district manager and she told me everything would be fine now that I know the policy ( which is not written in the contract) Well , informed today that they are kicking me out for no legit reason ..BRE IS HORRIBLE AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PERSON OF COLOR TO DO BUSINESS HERE . THEY DID THIS TO ME FOR NO LEGIT REASON AT ALL! I ALWAYS PAID ON TIME AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS HERE UNTIL THIS WEEK.. SO THEY CHOOSE TO KICK ME OUT FOR SOMETHING AS PETTY AS *LEGALLY* ACCESSING MY PAID FOR UNIT TO CLOSE TOO 9pm..WOW!. Oh and Bre didn't hesitate to let me know that they (Public Storage) didn't "care about my little $60 a month" I was paying for my unit..her words My Attorney will be in contact with the corporate office first thing Monday morning..They have really screwed over the wrong man. Guaranteed

11-11-2023Horrible service! Bre is a ghetto hood rat trick. She could definitely benefited from a few customer service classes. Every 3 month the rent goes up. I was first paying $130 for a 10 x 10 space. The next thing I know the rent went up to $164 without any notice. This is beyond ridiculous! I do not recommend this place at all.
