I got my 5 x 5 Storage a couple of months ago I really love it is very spacious. I have never gotten a storage before so I was a little unsure of which one to get Clarissa was very helpful when I went in and got the Storage other staff was great too, Clarissa was very helpful in letting me know how to access through the app Which is really easy and I love to open the door that way. Clarissa was also very helpful when I was having trouble getting a box out of my car. I am glad that I am using Public Storage in Parker at 15000 West Parker Rd.
I have had great experiences at this location. I needed to upsize my unit and Jamie helped me out. He was quick, had a great demeanor and got me set up with what I needed. Thanks Jamie!
LOVING this place so far but its a shame that the first time that I asked for customer service help. I got an unbelievably rude and hostile ethnic man telling me that hes going to put a note on my account for just wanting to see why I couldnt get into the gate, and not even giving me helpful options as to why there could be a glitch. He has a very distinctive car like it has resin decals on it so if you see that car dont go in and talk to him. I would say a very accusatory person, which Im sad for him, unfortunately, hes on the defensive as soon as you start to talk to him. But other than that so far, I am loving, storing my belongings here!!
Jamie made finding a unit that fit my needs very easy and was very helpful.
I would prefer NO STARS! I have never in my life had to repeat myself so many times. You never know who you are going to speak to you when you call this location then when they have a power outage, they dont want to take ownership of it. My husband and I took off work to vacate our storage unit, but couldnt get in due to the power outage, then another day we went and couldnt get in. There always seems to be sonething. And the latest one is asking me when i will be coming! WHAT? This has been an ongoing frustration and it has cost our jobs and a rocky marriage. I certainly hope that they credit us back for at least one month for this miserable experience. hope this will grab someones attention.
