11-29-2025Great price, safe location, well maintained, they take outside storage unit insurance, they provided the lock. Only thing? I left property at 9:01 pm 1 minute outside of regular hours and had not paid the $30 per month 24 hour access fee (my monthly rent is $53). It's this type of corporate "how can we make extra money regardless of the BS it causes our employees, and an open invitation for conflict" that has ruined businesses on this country. Either offer 24 hour access or don't. Or design your space with 2 separate yet combined lots. Don't create an environment of unnecessary conflict and headache for no reason othet than to put a couple extra dollars in your pocket. Because you know, no one is paying that much extra per month to go in there. $30 per month? If it's in storage it ain't that important to get to, that's why it's in storage.
