09-29-2025This storage is infested by vermin. I rented a space with them starting February this year. At first when I was going there I didnt realize how bad it was. I was seeing mess up items and just trash them. When I went back on September to pick up my stuff I found rat poo and pee everywhere messing up all my stuffs. There was even a mouse dead body in the unit. Some of the items were rusted and for a temperature controlled unit I was surprised. When I requested for my stuff to be replaced or deeply cleaned they told me the insurance orange door that I get thru public storage will handle it. After I contacted the insurance they told me I quote Your certificate of storage insurance provides coverage up to $250 for damage caused by Vermin, subject to a $100 deductible I rented a 8*18 unit that was full containing literally everything from a 2bdr. how a up to $150 can fix all this mess. I keep trying to reach out to the storage manager but no longer having an unit there seems impossible to reach out to them to fix the issue. I am really disappointed and dont know what to do at this point.
