02-05-2024I want to tell everyone I care about my move-in cause I know how crazy and hard some of the storage places can make things. But, I Had a great move-in. Shirley at the Dallas, texas Harry Hines location made move-in in fast, easy, and pleasant. When you have spent the day moving and running around and having a hectic day and you walk in greeted with a friendly smile and a person so willing to go above and beyond it makes everything so much better. Doing my move in time I probably crossed her path 3 or 4 times and each time I got a nice present smile. Thank you for employing people of this character.

02-04-2024In March of 2024, it will be 2 years renting a 10x10 unit on an upper floor. The property is generally well kept and secure. The little interaction I've had with staff was pleasant. Access to carts is very difficult so never depend on them being available. The issue is rent prices. BE WARNED. Over 2 years, my rent has increased 3 times: - from $103 at the start - to $142, 6 months into contract - to $198 15 months into contract - to $228 24 months into contract It's ridiculous how fast they raise rent. By contract, they need only provide 30 days notice and that's exactly what they do. I understand rates must increase but the rate and speed of the increases are ridiculous. Dont fall for introductory rates or even what they advertise. Be prepared to pay double what they tell you within a year.
