03-03-2024I moved out on yesterday... RAT POOP EVERYWHERE... never again, over priced units. Very disappointed. I did my reservation online. I was suppose to get 1 month free. DIDNT. Infact, they gave me a 10/10 too small for my furniture. I told them EXACTLY WHAT I HAD AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THE UNIT WAS BIG ENOUGH, NOT!!! THEN I WAS FORCE TO GET ANOTHER UNIT WHICH THEY DIDNT HAVE A10/15, SO I HAD TO GET A 10/20 WHICH WAS STARTED OUT $335 THEN IN LESS THAN A MONTH THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $350... THATS THE REAL REASON I MOVE TO ANOTHER PLACE. I GOT THE SAME SIZE UNIT FOR $126.....
