Melissa and Kathyrn were extremely kind and helpful to assist me in getting my storage unit and details.
Ive had such a great experience with this location. Melissa was very helpful and sweet.
Melissa has great customer service ! This is by far my favorite location!
Had a brief stay here renting a small 5x5 locker at this location. My observations are that compared to most of the other locations I have rented units at. This location has authentic reviews based on good management and a clean facility.
Had a brief stay here renting a small 5x5 locker at this location. My observations are that compared to most of the other locations I have rented units at. This location has authentic reviews based on good management and a clean facility. The Manager/DST was also very curtious and professional over the phone. I did not realize until reading the reviews at other locations that PS had an epidemic of Managers creating fake reviews from fake accounts. It's amazing how many fake reviews or reviews from friends or family are obvious. I would recommend PS upper management cross reference actual reviews with actual paying customers and then check those names and see if they ever actually rented a space at those locations. It appears to me these managers and floating managers who show up on just 1-2 days are judged on these reviews by the company. Otherwise why the need to compete to see who can get the most fake reviews. Before you rent at these locations scroll down and read the reviews. If you see lots of reviews from people who only have ever left one or two reviews, take those with a grain of salt. Make your own observations and ask questions. Read the reviews of actual customers not bots. Maybe a 3rd party independent organization will someday soon look into PS and if they are complicit in manipulating or diluting a real life customers actual experience. Or if it's just managers manipulating PS for job security purposes. The truth probably lies some where in the middle. Recently at a iStorage facility near by this one on Fry rd. in Katy. I know a person who rented a space there after I told them to read the reviews before you rent there they have a rat crisis. They said " it's cheap and I'm inside in climate controlled units nothing will happen " Well 3K in rodent damage later and his home owners insurance deductible is 5k. Reviews do matter they help protect us the consumers from rats, bad managment, and shady business practices.
