Nora was a pleasure ?? She got me checked in directed me to my unit and as always it's beyond a pleasure to work with Extra Space Storage! Best Property Manager so far seeing as I have been at another facility on Jones! Got a precut lock package from an employee super helpful and a cylinder lock as well so I beyond know my stuff is secure! They have package and selling items as well they can handle all your needs! Called asked about the carts which they do and booked got a confirmation call and got right to the unit so great for quick need! THANKYOU NORA!! ????????

Thqnk you, We had a wonderful experience today at Extra Space Storage on Eldridge. The young lady " the manager" was Very Pleasant and a had a wonderful sense of humor. We saw an Online price But when we arrived, we changed it for a GREAT PRICE and the unit we really wanted. Before we knew it and a few jokes and comments, we had a lock, keys, and a contract in hand. The customer service is very great. Leonora went above and beyond to help in anyway she can . When I say she did what she could do she did exactly that took a hold lot of stress off me. She was truly a God given blessing to me. We need a lot more of her around that really put the customer first. I had the pleasure of speaking with over the phone and can tell she has a wonderful and great personality. LeNora thank you so very very much and may God continue to bless you.
