10-01-2023This location is very great and we had no problems with the facility or process of winning an auction. The unit itself was not very clean at all as the client was indefinitely living in the unit at some point in time and maybe in the future they could adopt a system of making sure that doesnt happen again. (I understand the unit cleanliness has nothing to do with the facility/staff and all to do with the client. I am specifically talking about better managing and keeping track that all people that come in, go out). The staff was extremely kind about trash after seeing all that was from the unit and gave us permission to use their dumpsters. They as well gave us a gate code which was very helpful. We would definitely bid on further auctions from this facility.

You can always be trained on company content, but having a kind disposition and being able to work with people is often something you cannot teach. Also the district manager for correcting something and making it right. I appreciate it.
