02-16-2024I wish I would've picked a storage that had better hours and better customer service because I feel like even though I got a cheap price, I've had storages before with deals and better hours The employees are kind of rude and always trying to check and see what I'm doing in my own storage so I will be moving soon to a better storage facility And one more thing I still haven't received my refund from the first storage I rented here I never stepped a foot in it but was charged a admin fee of $29 I'm homeless and poor but they want to take my money even after I still rented a unit from them after they said they'd refund me all the money back also when my key broke in the lock they provided they wanted charge another $20 for a new lock

01-30-2024I have rented two storage units for almost five years. During that time, my rent has been increased several times. I am currently paying over $700, which is two-and-a-half times the rate advertised on their website. I have contacted their corporate office numerous times to object to what I consider highway robbery. I am disabled and unable to work, and these exorbitant fees have left me financially broken. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
