03-01-2024This was, by far, the best Public Storage experience we've ever had, and we've rented a lot of storage units over the years. What made it the best experience for us was Grace, the owner. She provided exceptional customer service and was very professional and attentive. What really stood out was how much she cared about us, meeting our needs, and finding us the best deal possible. We were able to rent the exact unit size and access we wanted and got it for an incredible price. She made every step of the contract clear so that we totally understood what choices we had, what we were signing, and paying for. We will be coming back here for any future storage needs and will be referring friends and family as well! Thank you, Grace, for making this experience as positive, simple, and welcoming as you have. 12-18-2023July 2023 - I had the best experience at Public Storage on 13055 E Briarwood Ave, Centennial, CO. The manager (Gracie) was so wonderful and helpful to work with and took extra time to make sure our unloading experience was as easy as possible. We cant say enough good things about Grace and this facility!! 5 star review and would give more stars if we could!! December 2023 - Thankful for Grace and all her hard work and help! Had a charge on my account that I didn't understand and Grace helped me resolve the issue quickly. On a day when she wasn't working Grace took the time to help and assist me in trying to solve the problem. Grateful to be at a storage location where the property manager (Grace) always goes above and beyond to help her storage clients! If you need or are looking for a storage location then Grace (property manager) and the Public Storage in Centennial, CO are the place for you.
