03-23-2024Just want to give a shout out to Sandy Woods for her incredible customer service!! Helpful in finding solutions and resources very knowledgeable to help us find ways to save money. Some of our stuff was stolen so we had to terminate our lease, she notified us and put a lock on it. Sandy has the type of at your service mentality.

02-04-202410x10 is $145/mo and by 6 months raise to $168/mo without acknowledgment! Management claims letter was sent in the mail a week ago, but never got the notice and I have usps informed delivery mail, so I get to see what comes in my mail and Public storage increased rates didnt come in the mail for sure and I have proof! The management was rude with her tone of voice and didnt seem to care and didnt acknowledged that I never got the mail! She rudely said she can send the notice again! Also when I signed up I told her I was going to go through my own insurance to cover my unit and without my consent she added insurance to my unit an additional $15/mo! I just notice now looking at my bill since I had it on autopay! This is fraudulent signing people up for insurance when they already stated they were going through their insurance company!!
