02-27-2024I have a unit at the Commerce store. The system was down today, so I was sent to the Hudson road location. Haven was amazing. She was able to help me with my reservation, even though it was at another location. I'm so happy she was able to help and give me a sense of peace over the matter.

08-28-2023Horrible service. My rent increased after 2 months. Garage door broke and couldnt get it to open. Stopped by so many days in a row to get help, called in and no answer. Finally, Ari showed up and ordered maintenance to replace door. It was supposed to be fixed but it took over a month for door to be replaced. Was told that the lock needs to be replaced. Picked up the new keys and it doesnt it open the lock. Stopped by many times and theres no one working. Not to mention, no one can help when theres an issue. Theres no one ever working or answering calls. Horrible!!!

08-14-2023I will say over the past few weeks they have literally gone out of their way for me, and I have had plenty of issues to deal with. Great staff. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing to store something.
