01-24-2024I found out right before my payment was due that I had fraud on my bank account that was used here for automatic payments. I was forced to close it and open a new account, but I wouldn't be able to make the automatic payment for January. I called and was told it was ok and to come in with the alternate form of payment as soon as I could. By the time I got there to pay for my storage, there was a late fee attached. Heidi (the manager) was there and was super nice and very helpful. She assured me she would go out of her way with corporate to make sure the late fee was removed. 1 day later she called and told me that the fee was removed and to call her if I had any issues with the next payment. That was wonderful news to me. I recommend this Public Storage facility!!
