01-10-2026Horrible service , i wanted to have a storage same day & I wanted to do it because they are open later than other locations, YET they would not answer the phones !!! I decided to go to the location after reserving online & everything was closed. The next day Martha left me a voicemail & when I tried calling back still no answer ? How does that make sense ?? Because if the bad service I decided to reserve at the Gothard location in HB. Dont count on this location !!!! So unprofessional

12-31-2025I worked with Martha on my move out. She was so helpful so called ahead of time to get some details because I wanted to move out on NYE. When I went to move out she had no issues answering my questions and even offered to sweep the unit when I was empty. Nice lady well appreciated!
