I am giving it one star due to it not allowing me to rate it less. The staff here is so unprofessional. I just called to ask why there was an increase in my rent without notice, and the receptionist yelled at me, saying they would make the increase for later, sent a notice, and hung up the phone on me without letting me speak. Continuously yelling through the phone, I could not even speak.
This location is the worst setup I have ever experienced before in my entire life. First of all the lady Elise is very, very rude and does not have any customer service skills. The building is inconvenient to renters that use a U-Haul truck due to the low hanging drive thru that is not high enough for a truck to pass under so you end up parking outside (where there is no space at all) and hauling all your items into the building. Mind you I had a truck full of my belongings. No drive up storage units available. Also they close at 6pm. So if you need to access your property after the office closes @6pm, you are not allowed to enter the gate. The office doesn't open until 9am so the dolly/carts are unavailable for use. Huge inconvenience for a mover with heavy items. I will never use this location again and I don't recommend it to anyone in the future. I just called to pay my balance and was told by Elise that THEY DONT TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE. (what king of business is this?). She also stated that I can pay thru the automated teller but they charge $20 extra. LMAO. I will never again.
