Arrived on a rainy Saturday afternoon and Megan C. was so helpful with getting us started on the rental of our storage unit. The facility is immaculate, both inside and out. Easy process! Highly recommend! Had to secure a 2nd unit 6 months later and got stellar service again by young man! Love this place!

This place has an amazing staff. Megan was very professional and kind even after a full day of me calling letting her know I would be onsite because I was in route but dealing with vehicle issues that was stressful within itself and had she reacted as many people would have then it would have just made matters worse. Im sure she has been given every excuse in the book but still had the compassion to extend my time to clear my units by another day. A 2 hour drive rolled over into a 2 day trip with me sitting on the side of the road most of that time waiting for my truck to cool down. On day 2 it was no better as far as the delays and etas that continuously changed. Thankfully AJ was on site to pick up the baton from Megan. As I got closer to the facility, the office hours were coming to an end. AJ ended up working over and pushed his personal plans back to accommodate my mechanical delays. He said something so refreshing that restored my faith that there are still good people in this world. I told him I was thankful that he didnt just leave and he replied I couldnt imagine doing that to someone that had spent 2 days trying to get here. I would have felt some type of way driving home and knowing yall may have been up here waiting for no reason. I would have had to turn around and come back Thank yall for being real! I definitely recommend this facility to anyone and everyone.
