03-09-2024I had booked a storage unit with a certain other green logoed storage company, and due to a glitch in their system was unable to access it upon arrival. Their customer service team wasn't able to get the issue fixed, and I was left with a full moving truck due back that same afternoon. I drove to this Public Storage location as it was the nearest one, and I'm glad I did. Clarissa went above and beyond and helped me to get the perfect unit the same day, saving me over $100 in additional fees for my rental truck. I'm very glad I chose this location, and I appreciate the easy and helpful experience, would recommend to anyone considering renting a unit here!
