12-18-2023The best storage facility around the greater Baltimore area, BY FAR!!! Juan is an excellent representative for the company. Public Storage got themselves a good one here. He is polite, accommodating, and a true gentleman. I wish I could find employees like him. You just don't see people like that anymore. Shaelia, is also an amazing person. She is always smiling and is such a sweet person. Shaelia also deserves a pat on the back. Lastly - The facility. Its clean. Period. I didn't observe not one drop of mouse dung on my inventory. Not one. It also doesn't have that weird storage facility smell most have. I buy units all around the DMV area, and this one definitely tops them in terms of cleanliness and hospitality. Highly recommended. Come see for yourself! Juan and Shaelia will take care of you!
