Only reason we moved out was increase in price. This was the 3rd increase in 2 years. Time to go, but loved the heated storage, drive in garage!

I have been using this location for a non-profit that I am the president of. The manager, I believe her name is Mikki, has been extremely helpful. Im not sure how she does it alone there but its kept very clean, and always willing to provide help when needed. From a service level this location has been great and I believe that has to do with the manager. Quite honestly, I think the upper management is what brings on the disappointing experiences. One thing I havent been able to wrap my head around is why would they continue to increase rates if you have current customers that are making their payments. Especially if they arnt filling up the other units, seems counterproductive and kind of disrespectful to those that do pay for the service. Again, not a manager level thing, I think that comes from the corporation itself. But Id like to emphasize my experience has been exactly what you need and expect at this location.

There was a lady named Mickey? She was frankly very nice and very helpful when getting my storage needs met, I recommend this location in Brooklyn Center for anyone who needs a proper storage facility and a great experience with the employees!
