10-31-2023We are absolutely dissatisfied since Public Storage took over from Neighborhood Storage. The so called secured gate is to 98 % wide open for everyone to drive in as pleased. We have contacted the company many times, trying to talk to the District Manager regarding this issue with No satisfying results or any kind of feedback. We already had a camper stolen from this facility.

10-31-2023After my initial post from 3 days ago, I received a phone call from the company located in Santa Rosa, CA. The lady I had spoken to ( sorry, I did not catch her name) was really nice, understanding, and apologetic regarding the gate issue. She promised to look into the gate's timer for this facility as I mentioned that the gate was open for the entire 1.5 hrs we were working on our camper. Your phone call meant a lot and was really appreciated. Thank you
