01-09-2024Public Storage sold my unit before they had a legal right to the guy didn't come up with the money so they allowed me to buy my own stuff before the due date out of control but yet no one answered the phone customer service wouldn't take the payment and there was nobody at the storage place it was crazy it's almost like they do this stuff on purpose so you're set up for failure not to be able to pay anyways my friends lawyer he got right on top of it and within about 15 minutes or so got a call saying that I can go to another facility to pay unbelievable we have other issues as well but we have a lawyer that were going through now don't put your stuff here if you can help it

12-13-2023I'm about to bring the police over here. These dirty crooks have been giving me a complete run around over a $97 refund on a storage locker I never moved into and canceled less than 24 hours later. the MANAGER said she promised to call me back has STILL not done so. I have now made over 15 phone calls regarding this matter Do not spend your money here. they are dirty.
