Absolutely outstanding experience with Public Storage on East Pikes Peak in Colorado Springs! The facilities are clean, secure, and conveniently located. Chanel, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure my storage needs were met with professionalism and care. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly set this location apart. Highly recommend!
Chanel.... excellent and very professional...be lucky to have her as an employee.
Very secure property.
Nice lady in the office. Walked in to a clean facility. Carts on the first floor, overall quiet place. Thanks!
The people who work here are very kind and helpful. I personally love the accessibility here! They have a lot of units of all different sizes. There is stair access on several sides of the building and a ramp on at least one side. They have carts available during business hours to assist in moving things to and from storage. They do have handicap parking as well. One thing I did notice is that after dark, there are homeless people around the area who are sometimes yelling and fighting, and there can be some strange activity outside. But during the daytime, things seem fine from what I have seen. This location does take cash payments. Update... We paid for the month of February. 02/03/24 We moved all of our belongings out of our storage unit, as we finally closed on our house. We were hoping they would give us some of our money back that we paid for the month of February since it had only been 3 days. We asked if they could just prorate for the 3 days. The employee we spoke to didn't seem knowledgeable of the Public Storage policy, refused to provide the policy, and refused to refund us any money. But couldn't give us an explanation as to why.
