05-24-2025Linda is a wonderful employee. I cant say enough about her dedication and professionalism. But this story will show what I mean. I needed a cart to unload my stuff. Some other people were using both carts. I asked them if I could use one and they said no. Then they hid both carts in their storage unit and left to get another load. When I asked them where the carts were they said upstairs and then drove off. Linda saw what happened. And called them about it and then went and found the carts for me. Then she checked back to make sure I had everything I needed. She was professional, calm and kind to everyone involved and turned my negative experience into a most positive one. She earned my future dedicated loyalty as a public storage customer!!!!! If I had a business of my own I would hire her. It was so wonderful to have such a dedicated and kind individual on site to help me.
