03-01-2024Rats, Roaches, and Rainwater. My parents paid for a space here for 10+ years. Went to clean it out and the door wouldn't stay up. Reported it. Took the lock off. Went back 5 days later and found another lock on the unit. Had to wait an hour with my paid labor for someone to show up. When the sour faced woman in the office arrived, she copped an attitude when asked about the lock. A phone call later, she informs me the door isn't fixed and tells me, "You're banned from my office." LOL Sure. The items in storage were riddled with rat nests and droppings, dead roaches, and water that has been running under the door and walls. Finally, in the past decade this 8x8 space has risen from $40/mo to over $160/mo. 2/10 Look elsewhere for your storage needs.
