Very clean.
Its been two weeks or less & these folks continue to charge different amounts on my CC when they get ready. Theres no way they done went into my account for the 3rd time in 2 weeks. Never again. I will definitely be reporting this bc I only authorized the first charge.

Why did my storage unit fee increase $70
This company does the worse business Ive ever seen in my life 1. Theres never any staff there if you are trying to pay a bill or even just have a quick question 2. They make you pay the entire months rent even if youre scheduled to move out within the first few days of the month 3. I had a mouse in my unit 4. They went up on rent about $200 in the year Ive used them 5. If you dont pay the rent in full within the first 5 days of the month you cant even get in the gate 6. If you dont pay rent IN FULL within the first 10 days of the moth, they over lock the unit 7. If the full rent isnt paid with 2 weeks, even if youve made partial payments, they threaten to put a lien on the unit and sell your things at auction 8. Its like pulling teeth trying to get anyone to answer the phone, but if you even owe them $1, they call you non stop and fill up your voicemail box The most capitalistic type of business Ive ever seen in my life. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating
