04-06-2023Very disappointed. I was drawn in with a great rate. I chose this location because of the rate. The place that was more convenient for me was 300 dollars, i chose the more financially feasible option. After 3 months i get a notification that my rate is going up to 300 dollars anyway. I called the location and spoke to someone via chat and was was never told why. I was only offered the info of public storage reserves the right to change the rate at any time. Just leaves a sour taste in my mouth as a customer. Will likely be moving my belongings to a different facility out of principle
