09-18-2026I am writing this review because I meant to do it at the start of when I moved my stuff into my storage unit, I am very proud and glad that Rochelle was at public storage, any issues that I had she took care of right away, she made sure my experience from start to finish was excellent and if something wasnt she made sure to try and correct the issue. Rochelle demonstrates the true definition of customer service in an excellent way. She helped me with a lock to lock my uhual well I waited until the next day to unload my uhual into a storage unit and she didnt have to do that she needs to be recognized for all that she has done.

The property is well maintained, conveniently located, and managed by a team that truly cares about its customers. Rochelle is absolutely top-notch. She has gone above and beyond to help me on multiple occasions, and her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to find solutions have made a tremendous difference. Its rare to find someone who takes such genuine pride in helping customers. I couldnt be happier with Rochelle and her team. After 11 years, I can confidently recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean, dependable storage facility with outstanding customer service.
