02-11-2024Moving cross country is never easy, esp when unknown storage is an issue. I read a LOT of reviews & the raves about Lainie and Public Storage & how easy she made what can be a tough chore for people convinced me to choose this facility. I could not be happier! The reviews are all true. First, it is close to my new home, but also when I called to make my reservation she explained *everything* so simply! There are so many details to worry about, but she cleared that fog & eased all of that off my mind up front. The day I came to "move in", I needed some changes made but it was a breeze, which was an unexpected joy. I was a bit lost & exhausted, so she took me over to my unit, which was clean & perfect for my needs. She is helpful, friendly and extremely professional. Making this process fun is not easy, but she made it seem that way! I hope you have as good an experience. UPDATE: The downside? Significant price increases ($20-30) each year for a very small space without notice. HOWEVER, asking them to review the rate can help, some. Thank you again, Lainie!
