03-05-2024I was looking for a nice reasonably priced unit and location. I had tried the public storage up the street but they over priced their smallest units at 45 and up. This lead me to keep looking and it lead me to Ms. Loma and this location. Ms. Loma was very welcoming and she cares about the person not just getting money. She actually wants you to get the best service for your buck unlike the competitors. I was stressed when I came to her,she quickly calmed my worries with the dollar move in, and the 5 by 5 for only 29 a month. I am now saving so much money thanks to Ms. Loma and her genuine care to serve the public and their needs. I quickly moved it and I haven't regretted since. Best decision ever. I recommend this location and Ms. Loma to anyone looking for a professional and welcoming storage unit to trust to hold your personal belongings. It's very nice and clean at this site as well, I feel very safe. Thank you Ms. Loma for your help and professionalalisim. Again she is not trying to get over on you but service your needs at the best cost and bargain in town. This is the one people, you would be crazy not to come here for your storage needs. 12-13-2023They will tell you over the phone anything, however, that is not the case. I was told I could access this unit at any time whether it is staff staffed. I found out that this was false information upon arrival with all of my things. I will be canceling my contract tomorrow and demanding my money back. This is bad business, to promise one thing, and not be able to deliver even that.
