02-09-2024If I could give it a zero, I would. More like a scam. They have no staff during business hours. We did transaction online, paid, got to location and couldn't access the unit. There was noone there to help; left message and even called the 1800.... they claimed they will keep the Administrative Fee!!!! We couldn't access the unit and needed a refund due to lack of service from them. So unfair. It is a fraud.

11-06-2023If I could give this place zero stars I would. Do not rent here!!!! They will raise the rent add on fees! A worker there named Cheryl will get mad when you try to get information and hang up on you and not answer the phone anymore. Cheryl has the worst customer service! Do not choose this location unless you want to over pay and be disrespected.
