02-24-2024Worst experience ever. Took the lady 45 minutes as she stared at the computer, mumbling, clearly unsure of how to process the reservation I booked online. She straight up didnt know what to do. Didnt know how to remove insurance I opted out of, didnt know how much reservation should cost. She had to FaceTime her boss who helped her out. Then she charged me $20 for a lock cause it was required. I was told on the phone when I called earlier that week that they come with a lock in the unit. She said it didnt since I did the reservation in person I had to pay to add the lock on. So the $69 promotion I got online ended up being $120 in person. No deal at all. I went to the unit and sure enough there was a lock in the unit for me. Went back to return the other and she said no refund is due for $20, she just gave me an extra lock but I still didnt need the second. She was so incompetent and a horrible communicator. Clearly did not know how to do her job. Very frustrating experience.

01-08-2024Update - DO NOT RENT HERE the location sold to public storage I have two storage rentals on two separate floors and at 9 PM I was unable to go from my 3rd floor to my second floor and both were open. It would only take me to the first floor. My keys and purse were all on the 3rd floor. There is not one sign that says they lock up everything at 9. I called the emergency number and customer service and the customer service guy was did not know anything . I live 1 1/2 hours a way a women it was dangerous. I was lucky to find a stairwell open and be able to get my purse and keys or else I would have been stranded. The manger did not call me back until I filed a BBB report. Great location, easy access very clean. Everyone is super friendly. JoAnne the Manager and Misty are awesome!!

01-02-2024Dont rent from this location! Worst customer service!! They never answer the phone. They gave me misinformation. Slow to respond to phone calls and service requests issues. And they keep increasing my rental price!

12-27-2023I won an auctioned unit. When I arrived, there was nobody in the office to give me access. This is the 3rd time the same thing has happened at a public storage location. I will no longer be buying units at any of their locations. Ridiculous

12-01-2023Could be better. Could be worse. In move in day 1.5 years ago, there was a bed in my unit and I had to get someone to remove it before I could move my things in. The access from the app never opens the door (says Im out of range, even when standing directly in front of it). There is ALWAYS a huge pond of water by the loading dock area, the bathrooms are unavailable and now theyre raising the monthly rate.
