Now that I am back home I can finally leave my review. Two weeks ago we needed to leave our home unexpectedly right before our vacation and had no other home lined up to move into. We came in frantic for a unit as we didnt know what else to do as we were leaving in 4 days and I was freaking out. With kids and a vacation and no home we were sort of snappy but thankfully Trina was there and got us into a unit right away. She was so patient and even went over pricing for several units inside and outside as we didnt know what we needed. Sorry for being snappy but thank you Trina for helping us!!!

Since my review is pushed out of the relevancy, I'm pushing it. Absolutely unacceptable, today I paid for a unit on the phone because I have no transportation. The man on the phone told me they closed at 9. He didn't mention the office closed at 6. When I finally got a trailer and loaded my whole house on it, I looked up the location again. It said it closes at 6 which made me panic and call customer service. The representative assured me, the key would be inside the unit with the lock and all I had to do was find it, pull off the seal, and would have full access to my unit. We drove all the way down there, found the unit and I see the lock is on there. We panicked, not having a way to get in. I called customer support again, and the man told me there shouldn't be a lock on it, but a seal. Since it was after business hours, there was nothing to do. We once again had to unpack my whole house back in the garage because the driver needed his trailer for work tomorrow. I have to be gone by tomorrow and seeing as that was my only chance to get my stuff out, I'm going to lose thousands of dollars worth of furniture. On top of paying for the unit, I had to pay my friend to drive 40 minutes to my house, help me load my whole house onto the trailer, drive to the storage, drive back home, unload my ENTIRE house back into the garage AND drive home. To pay him appropriately took a chunk of what I have to move with. I'm going to be homeless for a while, now me and my kids will have none of our furniture, not even a BED to sleep on, when we find a place. This is so cruel, I've been crying for 3 hours straight. I don't know what exactly I'm going to do. But corporate will be involved.
