03-18-2024They raise the rent ALOT. I was paying 119, and over a three year period, I now pay 251. Do the math. Also, its almost impossible to reach them on the phone. I've had things get wet because it leaked from the roof.

03-08-2024I love how they do business!! Took 3 mintues and I had instructions and an entry code. But the real All Star of this team is Joselyn. At the kiosk I did not select an outdoor unit and on my search I realized that the unit was on the inside and I panicked. so happy Miss Joselyn was right there!!! I had no idea who she was. I asked a question and she must have saw the panic in my face she said come on and let me get you taken care of, and that's exactly what she did. She saved the day baby! I was able to empty my truck and get it back on time. Thank you
