11-30-2023Tried to move out on my last day of one whole month of storage to find out they got news doors and locks and didn't tell me. SO I couldn't move out. They are insisting that I pay another months rent because I couldn't come back the next day. They property manager seemed to agree to a 4 day timeline but that was a lie. They gave me a whole $25 credit but I still have to give them one hundred dollars because they didn't communicate. The property manager will scam you. Corporate refunded me after calling them five times.
