10-20-2023Such a clean and aesthetic building. This was my first time renting a storage unit, and I wasnt familiar with the process. I went there in person to set everything up and Ricardo assisted me in the most personable, patient, and respectful manner. There was no upselling, instead he helped me get the most affordable rate, and even went the extra mile in order to get me that rate. That was all very much appreciated. At the end, he walked me to my unit, showed me how to use the key, and then walked me back, making sure I didnt have any questions and left me feeling confident in my decisions. Definitely a 5/5 for Ricardo, 5/5 for building cleanliness, and 5/5 for the ease of access. Pleasant experience all around. Thank you!
