06-09-2026I rented a unit from there Brookfield location. I had been there for roughly 4-6 years never paid late. I moved out due to price increases over time to a different Extra Space storage facility to bring the price down. I used the unit in Brookfield for 3-4 days into the next month and when I called to discuss a prorated refund they told me that was not the case. I was told by the other location it could be prorated since I only used it less than a week. I tried to call customer service and was told I would hear back from someone within 48 hours its now been two weeks. So for anyone who is moving out make sure to do it before you get billed for the next month or you are basically giving them free money. This is to bad I expected better considering how long I have been with them and how much money I have spent with them.
