02-09-2024Ok I guess but when I purchased my unit they first of all gave me the wrong unit and had no other availability of the price point that I needed when I got there next time I will not purchase online n just go old school n forget about downloading the app n renting my unit because it was all wrong but I'm stuck in it now for 3 months and they also told me one price online and then its clearly nothing close too my quote n what I pay now is quite a bit higher n I have one up from the smallest and we are looking at AT LEAST $60 MORE THEN THE PRICE THAT WAS QUOTED TOO ME LET'S JUST SAY I WASN'T VERY HAPPY N STILL NOT I BELIEVE THEY SHOULD REFUND ME THE DIFFERENCE THAT THEY QUOTED ME N REFUND THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS N I AM NEVER LATE PAYING M TOO GET TOO MY UNIT U HAVE TO GO N THIS BIG BUILDING THEY TOLD ME MY UNIT WOULD B A DRIVE UP BUT OH NO ALL DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD I WAZ GETTING AND MY UNIT IS ALL THE Way IN THE BACK OF THE BUILDING A TON OF TURNS N WE HAVE BIG ITEMS THAT GO IN THERE!
